Another sunny day in England by the sea. Coming off Benzos and recovering is the best thing you’ll ever do because life afterwards just makes you grateful for every moment. Knowing the absolute hell of withdrawal from a cold turkey after long term use I can’t say enough about how good it feels to be recovered. No more anxiety, no more depression, no more panic, no more insomnia and no more pain. We have to go through it in order to learn how we can live again in happiness and love. Hang in there as it will come to you as well.
We learn to treat ourselves and others with respect but we also learn compassion which must be one of the greatest human attributes. The world would be a better place if there were more compassionate and
understanding people who love each other and respect each other’s opinions. We come from a place of thought, our lives are the result of how we think and see the world and for this reason alone nobody can be the same as we are. Today and everyday be
compassionate to yourself and to others and let your thoughts help your healing from Benzo damage.
Love and support ❤️
A prayer for Compassion....
When a new day begins, dare to smile gratefully.
When there is darkness, dare to be the first to shine a light.
When there is injustice, dare to be the first to condemn it.
When something seems difficult, dare to do it anyway.
When life seems to beat you down, dare to fight back.
When there seems to be no hope, dare to find some.
When you’re feeling tired, dare to keep going.
When times are tough, dare to be tougher.
When love hurts you, dare to love again.
When someone is hurting, dare to help them heal.
When another is lost, dare to help them find the way.
When a friend falls, dare to be the first to extend a hand.
When you cross paths with another, dare to make them smile.
When you feel great, dare to help someone else feel great too.
When the day has ended, dare to feel as you’ve done your best.
Dare to be the best you can –
At all times, Dare to be!”
