But I have found things now that I’m not in crisis 24/7. Hot baths lavender oil mixed with Vicks cream herbal tea with cream walks Soft night gowns and sheets an Extra fan in my room driving around with music watching movies on my friends couch these aren’t things that fix it… but they help enough to be worth doing 2 Quote 1 mg Ativan (tapering 10%) hydroxyzine 25-100 mg as needed ambien as needed benadryl CT march 2024 200 mg pristiq and 300 mg lamotrogine currently in withdrawal

I can do this without a therapist and start with one calming breathing exercise and go from there to finding a center in the middle of all of this. Take a look at Eckhart Tolle and his many videos and books as they’ve really helped in my own recovery. Quote Benzo free for 12 years.
