I have an issue. Started water taper using 300 ml to dissolve 1 mg tab. I am on 0.5 mg now and I have to remove 150 ml to bring to 0.5 mg suspension. The issue I have is that I an not precise when I remove 150 ml. I am in a hurry to keep the suspension and when I look at both my jar not it is not equal. I need to keep my level consistent. Any recommendations? I only have 1 mg tablets.

It is the water I have an issue with not the pill dissolving. I understand it is a suspension.  I am on Klonopin

I am using Ativan.  Not supposed to work well either. I let the pill sit for at least 30 mins if not more in the water. Shake like crazy and draw to dispose of.

Sometimes, if the pill is difficult to dissolve, I personally recommend letting it sit for a while, perhaps overnight, to ensure that everything is properly broken down. This was my approach when I began my liquid taper, and I pre-made my solution for the next day, storing it in the refrigerator, which is a dark and cool place.

I leave the entire mixture in my jar over night and make up my doses in the morning.
